Job Description

* Install, maintain, and repair various types of air conditioning systems, including split systems, central air units, and window units.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with AC units, including issues with refrigerant levels, electrical components, and airflow.
* Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, and inspecting parts for wear.
* Recharge refrigerant levels and ensure proper pressure and functionality of systems.
* Provide customers with clear explanations of issues, solutions, and preventative maintenance.
* Ensure that installations and repairs comply with safety regulations, building codes, and manufacturer’s guidelines.
* Test and monitor systems after installation or repair to ensure they are operating at peak performance.
* Maintain accurate records of service calls, maintenance schedules, and work completed.
* Offer guidance and recommendations for energy-efficient solutions and upgrades.
* Provide emergency repair services as needed.



* Proven experience as an AC Technician or HVAC technician.
* Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems, and HVAC components.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
* Familiarity with industry safety standards and local building codes.
* Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot various HVAC issues.
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
* Physical ability to work in varying environments and lift heavy equipment when necessary.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
