Job Description

Experience : 1 or 2 years , freshers can also apply

• ME work experience as a Accounts Assistant
• Knowledge of basic book keepi procedures
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel, MS Word, Internet, Outlook and Tally software
• University degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field


Candidate Requirements

Responsibilities:
• Working with spreadsheets, sal ledgers and journals
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
• Issuing invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
• Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases
• Managing petty cash transactions
• Preparation of statement of account
• Preparation of payment & ensure all the procedures are complied
• Ba account reconciliation
• Monthly closure of boo repor as & when assigned
• Take part in the audit procedure
