We are hiring an Accountant Assistant who can work independently but also as part of our team to assist our Accountant and Administrator with invoicing and recording. If you are self-motivated, trustworthy and energetic with excellent English skills, both oral and written, and know how to communicate in a professional way, then you might be the person we are looking for.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
· Manage invoicing as an assistant to the current Administrator
· Ensure so all invoicing is monitored and up to date
· Maintain records, databases with personnel, financial and other data.
· Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
· Assist other staff for inclusions to vendor portals and similar
