We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Building Materials Showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial transactions related to the purchase and sale of tiles, large slabs, and sanitary ware. This role requires strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:•Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including purchasing, sales, and inventory accounting.•Record and reconcile financial data in the accounting system.•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.•Process invoices, payments, and accounts payab showroom inventory and assist in inventory valuation.•Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and other financial laws in the UAE.•Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.•Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management for decision-making.•Handle payroll and other financial tasks as needed.
Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.•Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in retail or the building materials industry.•Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and financial regulations.•Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.•Excellent organizational and time-management skills.•Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
