• Preparing monthly and annual accounts
• Corporate document maintenance
• Projecting cost calculations
• Liaising with auditors
• Processing employee expenses
• Costing for projects
• Data gathering
• Receiving and storing invoices
• Using digital systems to keep records and create payments
• Preparing and posting journals
• Logging daily entries in accordance with accounting policy
• Responsible for maintaining of books
• Following up receivable and any dispute arising thereof.
• Preparation of DO, Invoicing, Receipts, LPO, Payment vouchers and payables.
• Monthly BRS and calculation of Prepayments, Depreciation, Provisioning, Accruals.
• Preparation of payroll, annual leave and ESB.
• Responsible for VAT return filing.
• Assist in external audit.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years’ experience.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Proficient in MS Office.
4. Well organized.
5. Hardworking.
6. Working knowledge on QuickBooks is a must.
7. Real Estate & Property Management industry experience is a must.
8. Must be a Male Indian nationality only
9. Must have a UAE Driving License
10. Preferably can join immediately
- Salary will be based on experience and knowledge.
- Weekly 2 days off
- Timing 9AM - 6PM
- Medical Insurance + Visa will be provided by company
