Job Description:
Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Recording of petty cash expenses, reimbursement and month end reconciliation.
Maintain, develop and carry out efficient documentation and filing system
Posting of Vendors and Customers Invoices, Payments and performing month-end reconciliation of the balances
Update financial data in the database to ensure that the information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Performing reconciliation of all the Accounts
Prepare all the necessary reports.
