Knowledgeable on daily accounting activities required to maintain the general ledger and other balances and accounts up to finalization.
Knowledgeable on bank transfers, bank transactions, preparing invoices and receipts.
Monitors petty cash payments and the replenishments
Knows how to do Account Statement Reports
Accounts Receivable and Payable
Preparation of Agent's Commission
Knowledgeable on TAS System
Familiar with UAE tax and respective regulations.
Familiar with Quick Books accounting software.
Update financial data in the database to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
Professional manner, strong work ethic and can work under pressure.
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
Real Estate Experience is an advantage
