•Prepare daily bank reconciliation.
•Verification of the recordings by payab
•Calculate and record the monthly accrual credit interest.
•Confirm the correctness of the deposited credit interest
•Prepare the LC doents and issue it as per the data received from procurement department.
•Follow up with bank the issuance of LC doent.
•Follow up the validity date of the Letter of guarantee.
•Extend the validity date of letter of guarantee before expiry date.
•Prepare Monthly bank facilities report on monthly basis showing the Bank facilities limit and used balance.
•Safeguarding of Company’s fixed assets.
•Do physical count of fixed assets on quarterly basis
•Run Depreciation on monthly basis.
•Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting fields.
•Experience 3-5 years
•Good communication skills.
•Computer & Accounting programs literacy.
•Ability to work under pressure.
•Time Management abilities.
•Good attention to detail.
Candidate should be based in Kuwait, with visa#18 transferrable.
