Job Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable
Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy in data entry
Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations
Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting
Support in VAT filing and compliance with UAE tax regulations
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for financial transactions
Assist in payroll processing and employee expense management
Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Manager
Nationality: Sri Lankan (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of VAT and UAE accounting regulations is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
