We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our client team . In this role, you will oversee financial operations, budgeting, and forecasting for our development projects. You will ensure financial health, compliance, and support decision-making for the trading company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial operations for real estate development projects.
Prepare financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting.
Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance.
Conduct financial analysis to support investment decisions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (M preferred).
4-5 years of experience in finance / accounts in the UAE, with a focus on trading and export import .
Strong knowledge of financial modeling and project financing.
Proficiency in financial & accounting software's.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
