We are looking for a responsible Administrative Accounts Assistant to perform various administrative, clerical and accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for hard and soft filing for all important doents, and other ad-hoc admin tasks as set by the Managing Director
•Serve as the receiver of important mail, doents and ordered items delivered
to the organization’s address
•Ensure the maintenance of a working environment that yields productivity and furnishes essential office supplies
•Managing the issuance of all official employment letters and maintaining employee records
•Web searching various information on different websites
•Prepare and process Visas, Company Licenses, Labour Contracts
•Handles petty cash, payables, receivables, monthly bank reconciliation and WPS
•Quarterly VAT Filing, preparation of data and reporting to the FTA portal
•Preparation for Annual External Audit, and reporting to Management regarding the company’s financial activities
Qualifications:
•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
•Basic knowledge of Tally ERP 9 is a plus
•Excellent time management skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize work responsibilities, working to deadlines
•Conscientious, with good attention to detail and taking pride in your work
•Able to work unsupervised with self-initiative
•Good problem-solving skills, strong work ethic, confident & professional
•A good team player and proactive in creating a positive experience for others
