Main duties:
Greet and help visitors with their requirements
Answer and correctly address clients' calls, WhatsApp's, and emails
Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and doentation
Filing and retrieving corporate records, doents, and reports as instructed
Compiling attendance on a regular basis
Verifying agents' clients meeting and updating file on a regular basis
Creating Tenancy Contracts
Supporting the Sales Admin with CRM, Forms
Provide general assistance and support to colleagues for printouts and doents in general
Calling candidates for interviews and assist in running interviews smoothly
Managing WhatsApp groups
Checking the general cleanliness levels and inventory levels of stock in office
Previous experience in UAE
Fluent in English
Friendly, personable, and presentable
Highly motivated and precise
Proficient in Outlook and Office Suite (Excel and Word in particular)
Quick learner and adaptable
Able to prioritize and work under pressure
Able to perform tasks with confidentiality
Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and face to face
