Key Responsibiliti for Managing the Reception Desk during Business Hours, Order processi, Shipping coordination, Updating customers on the status of orders
Duties and responsibilities:
• Maintain meeting room standards
• Coordinate servi vendors
• Log all calls, requests, reported issues
• Order processing, shipping coordination, updating customers
• Maintaini contacts database
Your skills and experience:
To qualify for this position, you need to have:
• Graduation
• Excellent computer application skills, especially Office 365
• Experience as an Office Receptionist for 3months (min)
• Experience in the Office Administration 3months (min)
• Fluent in the English language (Speaking, Writing and Reporting)
• Strong in Planning & organizing
