Responsible for providing administrative assistance to the department, organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures, to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
University degree preferably in business management or office administration
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in office management.
Strong and effective verbal and listening communications skills
Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word processing programs at a highly proficient level.
Time management skills
Maintain high standards of conduct and professionalism
Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
Ability to handle high-pressure work environment
