Greet and assist visitors.

Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Knowledge in handling E-commerce orders & handling clients.
Handling logistics for E-commerce delivery, i.e make courier bookings and track delivery, follow up with courier team in case of delays.
Knowledge of Google analytics, Google ad words & SEO.
Knowledge of Google & social media campaigns.
Proven admin assistant experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office
At least 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
