We are currently seeking Admin |Finance Assistant having 2 years of experience in Finan in UAE.
Job Responsibilities:
• Document sorting: daily document sorting, checking and filing
• Document entry: carry out daily accounting entry to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the accounting system;
• Import and verify various documents
• Real-time follow-up of the progress of customer deductions and collections to ensure that the flow of funds arrives in the account in time
• Regularly complete the account check of channel customers
• Complete store incentive accounting regularly;
• Improve the company's various financial systems and procedures;
• Avoid risks and ensure the safety of company assets and operations;
• Other tasks assigned by the leader.
• Review and audit financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct
Requirements:
• Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
• Accounting, financial management and other related majors, bachelor degree or above, certificate is preferred;
• Familiar with accounting, taxation, financial management related laws and regulations
• Have strong teamwork and management capabilities;
• Hardworking, honest, proactive, and should have strong sense of responsibility.
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
