Job Description

Marketing:
• create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing
• help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
• source advertising opportunities and place adverts wherever applicable
• work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
• write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
• produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
• run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement
• organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions if applicable
• liaise with designers and printers and organize photo shoots if applicable
• arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
• maintain and update customer databases
• conduct market research
• Oversee Marketing Campaigns to promote products and services.
• Implementing Marketing Strategies.
• evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
• track marketing performance and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
• A combination of personal qualities and experience. An awareness of digital media techniques is also useful.

Admin:
• Housekeeping – monitoring the overall cleanliness of the entire workplace.
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
• Communicates to relevant third parties, contractors, etc. for some other requirements.
• Handles Daily Liquidation of Petty Cash
• Checking all expenses both for WH and Shop
• Prepares payment Voucher for expenses
• Maintains stock lists, orders office supplies and stationeries as needed
• Prepare cheques / cash for deposit and banking in the money when needed
• Monitoring inventories of printable forms like Invoices, DO’s, Job Cards, etc
• Point of contact for any technical issues
• Point of Contact for all staffs requests
• And other admin works required.


Candidate Requirements

A career in marketing is open to all graduates, but a degree in the following subjects may be particularly useful:
A combination of personal qualities and experience. An awareness of digital media techniques is also useful.
