Your responsibilities will include:Managing daily office operations and doent controlling for projects & company, ensuring all administrative tasks completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.Managing HR tasks including recruitment, staff doentation, employee relations & Government Transections (Labor & Immigration).Supporting IT-related issues in the office and managing communication systems, hardware, and software including Website & Social Media updates.Handling basic accounting tasks including invoicing, managing budgets, and financial record keeping.Acting as a personal assistant to the Manager which includes scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and managing other daily needs.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:A minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration, preferably within a similar Engineering Consulting field.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in IT and familiarity with office management software.A basic understanding of accounting principles.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
