We are looking for a motivated and active Admin / Customer Service to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Answering Inquiries (Phone Call, Email, WhatsApp, Walk-in).
- Assisting Clients and help resolve customer complaints.
- Managing client databases and preparing reports.
- Prepare reports as requested by management.
- Preparing forms and doents.
- Complete other administrative tasks as required by the management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
