•Handle multiple tasks & manage all admin activities related to various departments.
•Assist CEO to organize the workflow follow up action.
•Arrange and co-ordinate meetings of various departments.
•Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.
•Develop & update administrative systems to make them more efficient; resolve administrative problems.
•Proficient in handling Microsoft Office.
•Coordinate with HR for office activities.
•Maintain the stationary stock. •Assist with the office documentation as required.
•Ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) with the ability to learn new software programs.
•Fluency in English is a must (oral and written).
•Must have good computer knowledge.
•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
•Ability to work under extreme pressure.
