Coordinating with customer: issuance of Sales Order, Sales quotation, Order Delivery, Shipment Documentation.
Knowledge in Import and Export shipment transaction: booking of containers, submitting SI, loadlist, Dubai trade
Application of Export documents: such as Invoice, PL, COO, HC, MOCCAE
Monitoring of all Import and Export shipments.
Knowledge of Letter of Credit
Serves as a point of contact for supplier and customers.
Issuance of Purchase orders
Assisting the MD to his day-to-day task
Female, preferably Filipina
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
Candidates having bachelor’s degree in any field
Fast learner and multi-tasker
With good English command and expert in preparing email correspondence and excellent communication skills
