- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Knowledgeable in making quotation, job order, etc.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.


Candidate Requirements

Required Receptioni Assistant for an Advertising Company
- Must be a university graduate, with 2 years office experience.
- Capable of multi-tasking and handling several projects at the same time.
- Proficient in English with excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
- Age below 28 years old
- Preferred: with Latin honors (Cum Laude)
