Primarily responsible is to welcome and greet costumers / clients / visitors, scheduled appointment by careful screening costumer doents, new costumer visits or update registration and informs costumer about their appointment.
Maintain patient waiting areas, office files, and front desk areas in a manner that is organized and neat;
also performs a variety of clerical task.
Assisting managers in compiling annual budget information and reports
Maintaining all policies and procedures manuals
Hiring and training administrative staff
Delegating tasks to administrative assistants
Monitoring and projecting staffing needs
Overseeing department budget planning and development
Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed
Active with Experience in Clinic
