We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an After-Sales Follow-Up Specialist. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients have a positive experience and that we continuously improve our services based on their feedback.

Responsibilities:

Client Follow-Up:
Initiate post-service calls to clients to gather feedback on their experience.
Professionally inquire about the quality of service, satisfaction levels, and any areas for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by actively listening to their concerns and addressing them effectively.
Provide additional information or support as needed to enhance customer satisfaction.
Feedback Analysis:
Doent and analyze feedback received from clients.
Identify recurring themes or issues to assist in improving overall service quality.
Collaboration with Departments:
Collaborate with relevant departments to communicate client feedback and implement improvements.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless resolution of any concerns.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports summarizing client feedback trends and improvement initiatives.
Present findings to management for strategic decision-making.

Proven experience in a customer service or after-sales follow-up role.
