Urgently Hiring, we are looking for AC Technicians / Electrical Technicians
3-5 years work experience: Installing, maintaining, repairing ventilation & air conditioning systems and equipment.
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment, diagnosing electrical & mechanical faults for HVAC systems & performing warranty services.
1. Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
2. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
3. Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
4. Repair, maintain and provide technical attention to all electrical and mechanical refrigeration systems of the hotel - freezer, fridges, ice makers, fan coil units, chiller, etc.
5. Maintain preventively all air-conditioning and refrigeration systems
6. Check on performance of refrigeration systems and components
7. Verify all door closing systems on walk-in coole (door gaskets/latches)
8. Check and maintain all defrosting systems and automation of ice makers
9. Work on maintenance requests from all departments
10. Ensure routine cleaning of fan coil units and air-handling unit filters
11. Check on performance of air-conditioning and chill water systems
12. Cooperate with all engineering colleagues in detention of failures of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems and function set-up
13. Overhauling of air-conditioni equipment and systems
14. Check all refrigeration and oil levels and control of major repairs
15. Cooperate and inform on purchase of parts
16. Carry out all works as per the country's technical regulations and safety standards
