Job description :
•Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's real estate services and listings
•Create engaging content for digital and print market materials , including brochures, flyers, social media posts , and website content. •Manage the company's social Media accounts, Including content creation, Scheduling, and community engagement
• Assist in creating and implementing digital marketing initiatives, including search engine optimization SEO and PPC ( pay per click ) advertising.
•Proficient in using marketing tools and software , such as graphic design software , social media management and SEO
•Strong creative thinking and problem solving abilities
°Ability to work independently and manage multiple task simultaneously.
• Responsible for team management and operation of the company's marketing department, cooperate brand promotion , planning event promotion and project planning promotion
. • Responsible of planning and execution of company exhibitions and large scale festivals.
• Understand the latest developments in the media industry, keep track record of competitors and market through research and analysis. • Must have reached with promoting channels, forums , bloggers and influencer communities to handle media promotion and marketing .
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
•Proven track record in real state.
•Proficiency in using marketing tools, and softwares such as graphic design software , social media management platforms and website content management systems.
• Knowledge of video graphy , familiar with editing apps and tools. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to rapport with clients.
