•Daily Operations: Supervise and manage the daily operations of CNC machines and other fabrication equipment, ensuring efficient production and adherence to schedules.
•Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, project specifications, and drawings to guide the team in accurate production.
•Fabrication and Assembly: Oversee the cutting, shaping, welding, and assembling of aluminium components, ensuring high precision and quality in each stage of production.
•Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, accuracy, and project requirements.
•Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Production Manager to align production goals with overall business objectives and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
•Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor team members, ensuring that everyone is aligned with safety protocols, work standards, and production timelines.
•Experience: Proven experience in aluminium fabrication or a similar role, with expertise in using CNC machines and other fabrication tools.
•Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Welding certification and knowledge of fabrication techniques are highly desired.
•Attention to Detail: Strong precision and attention to detail in cutting, shaping, welding, and assembling aluminium materials.
