We are seeking an experienced Arabic Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in the Arabic language.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner.
Providing accurate information to customers about products and services.
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a polite and efficient manner.
Escalating customer complaints to the relevant department or manager when necessary.
Providing follow-up support to customers as required.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assisting with other customer service related tasks as required.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or related environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
