Architect
Prepare production schedules and reports. Responsible for the preparation of drawing for permit plans, bid plans, and construction plans.
· Decision making and comprehensive recommendation on construction issues, design conflict, etc. that transpires during the construction phase.
· Review plans and evaluate if in accordance with company standards.
· Approve and check shop drawings and RFI and material submittals.
· Coordinate with the consultant.
· Attend technical meetings with clients, consultants, bidders, and management.
· Designate workloads and assignments to team.
· Conduct snags on contractors' work in accordance with specifications, drawings, and standards.

Desired Skills & Experience
Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3ds Max Basic, Revit Basic, MS Offices, and others. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in architectural engineering in the construction industry. Having experience working in Interior Design will be an added advantage.
