Knowledge in Interior Designi Industry.
Use computer -aided drafting (CAD) software programs and equipment to create and modify architectural documents, designs, and working drawings.
Analyze current building codes, by law and requirements to establish how they affect architectural drawings and stay up to date on all required and relevant codes.
Must have the knowledge to produce full drawings for submissions and approvals.
Job will include from Concept Design, Schematic to Detail Design stage. Design development drawings base on 3d renders.
Drawing Packages including General Sheets, Project Plans (Finishes and Reflected Ceiling Plan), Small power layout and MEP locations.
Blow-Up detailing and shop drawings for joinery items.
Prepare Specifications and Bill of Quantities and other as required.
Acquire and assemble information needed to finish architectural drawings, visit job sites when necessary to gather measurements.
Can work on a very tight schedule to meet deadline submission if necessary.
Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture.
Proficiency in using Cad Software.
Time and Project Management Skills.
Ability to work in less supervision and work well in a team environment.
Have strong communication, collaboration, active listening and problem solving skills.
Must have interpersonal skills, and be a team player.
Comfortable with ambiguity and time spent outside of comfort zone acquiring new skills.
