Job Description

This is a CONTRACT based position. The company is growing rapidly and this position has the potential to develop into a permanent position (depending on business needs and employee’s performance).
Responsibilities
 Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
 Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
 Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions
 Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
 Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
 Provide technical support and advice on management
 Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
 Plan, assign and review staff's work
 Support month-end and year-end close process
 Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel
 Assist in managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
 Assist in developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
 Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
 Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
 Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
 Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
 Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
 Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
 Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
 Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
 Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
 Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.


Candidate Requirements

Requirements
 Communicate with Manager a Director on work status and client issues that arise
 Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
 Awareness of business trends
 Experience with creating financial statements
 Experience with general ledger functions and the month-e end close process
 Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
 Accuracy and attention to detail
 Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
