Minimum UAE 1-2 years work experience in fit out industry, specifically commercial, retail and F&B projects
Preparation and submission of tender doents, BOQs, estimates and budgets
Experience in MEP and Joinery costing
Preparing Material List for projects
Project cost monitoring and control solutions
Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and site measurements individually
Ability to prepare quotations on retail, F&B and commercial fit out projects
Well versed with mall fit out guidelines and specifications
