Job Description:
We're in search of a proficient AutoCAD Draftsman & Detailer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Metal Work Detailing or Aluminum Curtainwall, coupled with on-site experience. If you possess the expertise we're seeking, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
o Create accurate and detailed drawings using AutoCAD software.
o Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements.
o Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings for met works projects.
o Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
o Arrange shop drawing sheets as per drafting standards.
o Conduct site visits to gather necessary information and verify dimensions.
o Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to address any design concerns or modifications.
o Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
o Ensure all drawings and designs are completed within budget and deadlines.
o Participate in project meetings and provide input on design and drafting-related matters.
