URGENT HIRING - B2B Sales Representative
The B2B salesperson will be responsible for selling products a services to professional customers in a business-to-business environment. will establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a B2B salesperson and be a NATIVE FRENCH / GERMAN / ARABIC SPEAKER.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing B2B customers by maintaining close relationships and providing excellent customer service.
- Prospect potential new B2B customers by identifying sales opportunities and establishing contacts with key decision-makers.
- Understand customers' needs, propose solutions adapted to their requirements and negotiate advantageous commercial contracts.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer service, logistics, etc.) to ensure effective coordination in the management of customer accounts.
- Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities and new industry trends to maximize sales and meet targets.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products a services offered by the company and be able to present them convincingly to customers.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts and results achieved.
Skills required:
- At least 3 years' professional experience as a B2B salesperson, preferably in the telephony sector but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in French / German / Arabic, mother tongue.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong and lasting business relationships with customers.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Good negotiation skills and ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Results orientation and ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
- Ability to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and sales cycle management.
- Mastery of IT tools (CRM software, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Working days and hours: from Monday to Thursday / 9am to 7pm
