Back Office purchase


Candidate Requirements

You can expect a varied range of tasks

Creation of articles in the ERP system

Order creation (pre-ordering) in the ERP system

Creation and management of contracts

Invoice management in M-Flow

Processing of order confirmations (delays, deviations, etc.)

Monitoring of the (sales) development of the respective product groups (including creation of reports for the product managers)

Communication with suppliers and internal interfaces
Job Experience

Successfully completed commercial training

2 years of professional experience in a comparable position

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Good English knowledge

Teamwork

Independent and responsible way of working as well as good work organization

Knowledge of Microsoft AX and M-Flow is desirable
