It is the duty of the bicycle mechanic to ensure that appropriate service is provided to customers in regards to servicing their bikes.
Being able to assist with shop events such as; helping our shop's cycling team during races and also participating in weekly group rides arranged by the shop.
Must be knowledgeable of basic and complex jobs when working with bicycles, and most be capable of providing solutions to any issues that a customer may have on their bikes.
- Candidate must have working experience of at least 2 years with a similar role.
- Must be knowledgeable of working in a bike workshop.
- Must be capable of understanding customer requirements and providing service for the same.
