We are hiring BIM Engineers, BIM Architects, and BIM Coordinators to join our dynamic team in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) to deliver innovative construction and design solutions.
Develop and manage BIM models for architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project integration.
Conduct clash detection, model coordination, and quality assurance using tools like Navisworks.
Adhere to BIM standards and protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Generate detailed reports, schedules, and presentations from BIM models.
Support project stakeholders with technical expertise and troubleshooting.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanic Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in BIM modeling or 8 years of experience for coordination.
Software Proficiency: Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools.
Skills:
Strong understanding of BIM standards and workflows.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Team player with a proactive approach to work.
Location: Must currently reside in the UAE.
