We are looking For *Development Manager* in Riyadh has worked in Real Estates entities
Responsibilities
oTo identify a project brief & space program that reflects proposed business development ideas.
oTo conduct due diligence related to project design workability & permitting space program impacts.
oTo initiate pre-planning design accordingly and test workability with different development stakeholders.
oTo initiate business financial models that reflects the proposed planning.
-Design Stage:
oTo manage design process with different business stakeholders & parties.
oTo negotiate offers, prepare contracts & follow up design schedule & deliverables.
oTo conduct due diligence in permitting process and requirements.
oTo manage the review of design deliverables along with other stakeholders and 3rd parties including technical, operational, value engineering and construction cost reduction methods that impacts design deliverables in different design stages.
oTo secure all needed authority approvals to initiate construction works.
oTo coordinate with different project stakeholders to secure needed marketing & pre-sales materials.
-Construction Stage:
oTo manage delivery of design packages based on agreed on construction strategies with different stakeholders.
oTo follow up needed design input during construction stage & final permit approvals.
oManage and coordinate the design, development, and finance related work of multi-disciplinary teams of consultants during pre-development and construction.
oMana the due diligence process including consultant designs, fee comparison analysis, site investigation review, identification of unusual project costs, obtaining and reviewing required documents from authorities.
oAssist in the preparati of project timelines and cost plans.
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of design or architecture.
Experience:
-Mid-Level Career ( 5-10 ) Years
