MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordination & Communication with Client & other Sub Contractors PTW & Declaration preparation.
• Continuous reporting to the Client
• Inspection of rooftop & BMU and reporting to the Client if anything unusual found
• Continuous Wind Speed monitoring
• Informing the Client if any Emergency raised
• Guiding & Training the Team Members
• To Provide A Safe Means Of Using The Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) To Access The Facades Of All Sites.
• To Ensure That Only Authorized And Properly Trained Persons Are Able To Use This Machine In Any Way.
• To Ensure The Safety And Convenience Of The Public And Of Building Occupants.
• To Guarantee That All Types Of Work Intended To Take Place.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Must Have Undergone A Suitable Training In Line With The Health And Safety Policy.
• A Commitment To Work Towards Achieving A Recognized Qualification For Example IRATA Level-2.
• Must Have At Least 3 Years Of Working Experience On The Same Position.
JOB PURPOSE:
• To Perform All Given Task Related To Façade Glass Cleaning.
• To Undertake, As Part Of The Team, The Facade Cleaning Safety Of Designated Site Façade
BMU OPERATOR IN UAE: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:
• BMU TRAINING CERTIFICATE (Required)
• SHOULD BE AVAILABLE IN DUBAI (Required) Cleaning Areas.
