Job Description:
The Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding the
client base of the Banking and Finance Consulting Company in the UAE. This position requires
a proactive and results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the local market and a
proven track of records in similar roles and closing deals.
Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach,
and networking. Efficient social media account management and new customer acquisition. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners. Keeping track of customers who have been contacted and those who do not want to be
contacted in the future in the Excel sheets. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Present and promote company produc to prospective clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Work closely with the sales and marketing team for business expansion. Following up on previous customers for potential business and profit Maintaining records
of customer contacts. Maintain a record of sales activities in the Excel Sheets for Daily Reporting. Should implement and work with all kinds of marketing strategies.
Requirements & Skills: Fresh graduates (BBA, MBA, B.Com, Marketing, or related fields) are welcome! Strong communication and negotiation skills. Languages: English and Hindi or any 1 regional Language. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office tools A self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
