Job Description

We are looking for a competent, motivated, ambitious and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join GTM team of our Sharjah based client, who is very reputed consulting organization of UAE.

Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Generation, Lead management and lead qualification
Source and work customer referrals
Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads followed by a scheduled appointments
Set and manage sales goals and quotas
Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
Set and manage sales goals and quotas
Manage the entire sales cycle
Build strong client relationships
Identify opportunities to up-see and cross-sell
Learn new product and services features and benefits
Provide professional after-sales support
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Prepare and present reports on KPIs


Candidate Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications
Impeccable customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Motivated, driven attitude
Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
Expert in time management
Organized work ethic
Proven track record in fast pace sales environment
Ability to meet a exceed monthly and quarterly sales goal
Working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
UAE Driving License

Nice to have
Experience in selling financial products like loan, mortgage, credit card etc. in UAE market.
Degree / Diploma in Sales or Marketing
Dependent Visa
