This position involves spearheading business development efforts, managing public relations, conducting market research, and ensuring client retention strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Business Development (Marketing & Sales)
• Public Relations & Client Retentions
• Business Development Planning
• Management and Market Research
Corporate Compliant Responsibilities:
Understand and adhere to Horus Capital Management's compliance standards as they appear in the Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct, Whistle Blowing Policy, and Conflict to Interest Policy
Job Requirements:
Post High School Level of Education
Diploma or Degree (Preferred) in Administration, Business, Public Relations, or Marketing
Experience:
Atleast2-3years of Business Development experience-A must
Essential Knowledge and Skill Set:
• English communication skills
• Computer skills
• Achieving targets and KPIs
• Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a similar role.
• Marketing knowledge utilizing social media for campaigns and other marketing efforts.
• Communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Power Point. Familiarity with all office equipment and computers
Package
Based on the Interview, the package ranges between6-10 K, in addition to the regular benefits as per the labor law.
There is a performance bonus that is Target Driven
