RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects through detailed market research.
- Writing Proposals, Bids, R.
- Work closely with Senior Management to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Open business development dialogs with strategic customers, targeting both government and semi-government entities.
- Financial planning, marketing, strategy development, and implementation.
- Identify and attend tradeshows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, find potential new businesses, and market the company’s end-to-end solutions.
- Networking, presenting, and public speaking.

Qualifications are as follows:
- Degr in Business Management or in any discipline with 3-5 years of sal development experience (healthcare, manpower recruitment, digital marketing).
- Proficient in English communication.
- Strong Proposal writing skills with Experience in preparing Bids, R.
-Must have a strong UAE market knowledge and market research experience.
- Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
- Possess professional presentation skills.
- Must have a progressive sales management experience and a demonstrated record of sales growth.
- Ability to facilitate and orchestrate resources cross-functionally to support sales efforts.
- Bring an entrepreneurial approach to all initiatives.
- Experienced in Team Management.
- Can join Immediately and can be relocated in Abu Dhabi.
