We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist with experience in the crypto industry or a strong sales background (in any other industry) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the crypto sector.
Job Responsibilities
• Identify and research new business opportunities in the crypto industry.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close deals to generate revenue and expand market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote its products and services.
• Proven experience in business development within the crypto industry or sales experience in any other industry.
• Understanding of the crypto market is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Fluent in English or Chinese.
Additional Information
• Candidates without crypto industry experience must have prior sales experience.
