Our team has extensive knowledge of the Parking management, valet business and hospitality services. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development and Operations Manager to join our growing team and play a crucial role in our continued success.

Job Description: As the Business Development and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in business development and operational management within the valet industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and leads.

Operations Management:
* Coordinate daily operations with manage to ensure positive work environment and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Overseeing your location teams. Address any issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development and operations management, in the val industry.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
