The Operations Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and improving the company’s day-to-day operations. This includes managing the operational team, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and implementing efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in operations management. This position requires excellent organizational abilities, a focus on continuous improvement, and the capacity to ensure the company’s operations align with overall business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor all daily operations to ensure the company runs efficiently and effectively.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to achieve company objectives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
• Streamline operations to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Report financial performance and variances to senior management.
• Develop and manage the operational budget.
• Maintain high standards of quality in all operational processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Commercial or Business Aviation Experience, preferably in Service / MRO / Interiors
• Languages: English and Arabic are a must, Russian is an advantage
• Capability to work under stress and quickly adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Strong business aen and strong communication, negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in operational software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Valid UAE driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
• Certification in operations management or related areas.
