Job Description

Responsibilities:
*Identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold calling, networking, and attending events.
*Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and potential business opportunities.
*Use various tools (CRM, social media, industry databases) to research and identify new leads.
*Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
*Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, pain points, and business challenges.
*Schedule product demos, meetings, or presentations to move the sales process forward.
*Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
*Follow up with prospects to provide additional information and address concerns or objections.
*Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
*Work closely with sales teams to hand over qualified leads and ensure smooth transitions throughout the sales process.
*Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns and content that resonate with potential clients.
*Continuously analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
*Stay updated on industry news, changes, and emerging technologies that can impact the business.
*Track and report sales activities, performance metrics, and lead conversion rates.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM.
*Meet or exceed sales development targets and KPIs set by the company.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
•With experience in textiles, wallcoverings, apparel and fabrics
•2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in B2B sales or a similar industry.
•Proven track record of generating leads, developing business, and meeting sales targets.
•Strong networking skills and experience with business development in different industries or markets.
•Knowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies is a plus.
