The Opportunity:
Expotrade is currently recruiting multiple Sales Consultants to join their outbound sales.
The Role:
Your role will focus on the sales of conference tickets over the phone. This is a full-time position requiring you to work Monday to Friday (6:00am to 3:00pm). Your duties and responsibilities will include:
To contact existing and new clients (lists provided) from blue-chip companies and present benefits of our events, and secure their participation as delegates (attendees)
To initiate and maintain timely follow-ups with clients
Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
Handling general enquiries via telephone and email
Maintaining and updating client data on our internal CRM
The Candidate:
To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and background:
2-5 years of B2B sales or Call Centre experience essential
Experience in outbound calling with a high level of determination and motivation to achieve targets
Excellent English speaking and business writing skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Key Performance Indicators:
Meeting and exceeding set sales targets
Meeting and exceeding calls and emails - daily targets
