POSITION SUMMARY
Answer phones to respond to orders, general customer inquires, invoice questions, and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, and call center programs as established by the company.
2. Responsible to creates and maintains databases.
3. Manage a team of call center agents.
4. Responds to caller general information requests a inquiries; refers caller to most qualified area.
5. Tracks calls appropriately; gathers necessary demographic or other pertinent information and enters into database.
6. Maintains pharmaceutical, medic service information, as well as information regarding studies and special programs.
7. Maintain strictness confidentiality.
8. Assists marketing department with event registration, coordination, and reporting.
9. Attends trade, traveling, promotional, educational, or amusement exhibit to answer visitors' questions and to protect exhibit against theft or damage.
10. Accept other assigned as delegated by the immediate supervisor or manager.
11. Improves quality results by recommending changes
12. Maintains call center database by entering and verifying information, updating contact log.
13. Tracking order deliveries with the help of storekeeper and delivery in charge.
14. Keep tracking for second release from MOH
15. Provide training and educating colleagues to give better services to the customers.
