•Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
•Upselling and making customer orders
•Answers inquiries and take phone call and phone messages orders.
•Process complete and accurate customer orders and record them in the restaurant POS database.
•Relay customers’ orders to the kitchen staff.
•Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
•Accept and process payment and return the correct change (if cash)
•Tally money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift.
•Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions.
•Record new customer details in the POS data base
•Processing discounts & coupons if any
•Handling customer complaints
•Make reservations for customer booking.
•Maintain a clean workspace
•Help kitchen staff when needed.
